DRAFT — support contacts and staffing must be operational before publication.
If you feel unsafe
End the call. You do not need the other person's permission or an AI warning. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services; PPLONLY is not an emergency-response service and cannot promise real-time intervention. Avoid sharing your location or more private information with an aggressor.
Report a problem
Use the available Report action or To be confirmed: safety contact. Include the booking/profile reference, approximate time, a brief description, whether contact is ongoing, and any lawfully held evidence you choose to supply. Do not send passwords, card numbers, identity documents or illegal sexual imagery. Do not make a recording just to satisfy a report requirement. We should not reject a report merely because there is no recording.
The current code stores reports and supports admin status updates; the released service must additionally provide the staffed workflow, confirmation and safe contact channel described here. User blocking is a required launch control, not an active capability claimed by this draft. Once implemented, blocking should stop new direct contact and new bookings, with support resolving existing commitments safely.
What happens next
We acknowledge receipt, assess urgency, seek only necessary information and consider protective measures. We handle reports discreetly but cannot promise anonymity in every legal proceeding. We do not disclose the reporter's identity or private evidence unnecessarily. We may share a summary of the outcome, subject to privacy and legal limits. Published support hours and response targets are To be confirmed: support hours and targets; no 24/7 staffing is assumed.
If action is taken against you
Where safe and lawful, you receive the rule involved, the affected content/session, action and duration, and appeal instructions. Automated flags alone do not establish misconduct. Request a human appeal at To be confirmed: appeal contact with the case ID and the context you want considered. Proposed ordinary appeal window: 30 days, with reasonable exceptions for access problems, serious new evidence or applicable rights. This window requires owner approval and cannot cut down statutory remedies.
A reviewer who did not make the original decision should consider significant sanctions. A successful appeal may restore access/content, correct the record and trigger financial reconsideration where appropriate. We may redact third-party information. Reporting and appealing in good faith do not justify retaliation. Deliberately fabricated evidence or abusive repeated submissions may be addressed separately, with review.
Service complaints
For billing, cancellations, accessibility or account issues use cayla@pplonly.com. Safety cases and refund cases may be linked, but staff must assess their different questions separately. Contacting support does not waive rights to a provider dispute, regulator complaint or other lawful remedy.
