Eligibility and your offering
You must satisfy the Terms, applicable adult/capacity requirements, identity/payout checks and platform approval. Internal creator approval is not financial-provider approval or endorsement of expertise. Keep your name, biography, credentials, images, pricing and availability accurate. Use only content and likeness rights you can authorize. Do not imply another public figure participates without their permission.
Clearly describe the session's topic, length, limitations, language and total price. Deliver it personally unless a substitute was expressly disclosed and accepted in advance. Be punctual, use a suitable connection and environment, and avoid overlapping commitments. Do not promise regulated advice or guaranteed outcomes without a separately approved lawful offering. Disclose material commercial interests when recommending a product or service.
Professional conduct
Follow the Community Standards. Set boundaries respectfully; do not exploit a customer's vulnerability, collect unnecessary sensitive information, solicit sexual content or pressure off-platform contact. You may end a threatening interaction and report it. Do not retaliate against a customer who requests support, leaves an honest review or exercises consumer rights. Customer details are for fulfilling the booking, not your own marketing lists or unrelated sales.
Commercial schedule
Your accepted commercial schedule must specify the commission set by an authorized administrator and recorded in the booking quote, To be confirmed: processing fee allocation, To be confirmed: tax responsibilities, To be confirmed: payout countries and currencies, eligibility to request withdrawal 14 calendar days after verified call completion, To be confirmed: risk holds and reserves and To be confirmed: refund and dispute allocation. The owner has selected the commission control and 14-day eligibility rule. This draft does not guarantee a bank-arrival deadline or resolve the remaining commercial fields. Record the schedule/version for each booking; a later fee change does not retroactively change a completed contract.
The legal seller and PPLONLY's contractual role must match the Terms and checkout. Contractor/employment classification, invoicing and applicable tax reporting require jurisdiction-specific assessment; a label in this agreement alone does not decide legal status.
Payment-provider relationship and authorization
If Stripe Connect is enabled, complete the provider's applicable account agreement and verification. Subject to the final disclosed account model, you authorize PPLONLY to send onboarding/account-update requests, receive the capability/requirements and transaction data needed to operate the marketplace, and initiate only the charges, fees, refunds or transfer adjustments specifically allowed by your accepted schedule and applicable law. This does not authorize undisclosed withdrawals or unlimited access to unrelated accounts. The exact scope and relevant Stripe agreement must be shown during onboarding.
A displayed earning or enabled payout capability is not proof that funds reached your bank. Distinguish pending earnings, adjustments, available balance, transfers and paid/failed bank payouts. Review statements and report errors through To be confirmed: creator support contact. Any hold must have a documented reason, amount, review date and lawful release conditions; it must not be indefinite merely because AI flagged you. Do not request payment credentials from customers.
Cancellations, refunds and disputes
Honor the Booking and Refund Policy. Cooperate with proportionate evidence requests, without secretly recording calls. Provider fees, refunds, disputes and reversals are allocated only as stated in the accepted schedule and law. You receive notice and a way to dispute an accounting or conduct decision. Do not handle platform obligations through untracked personal payments.
Content, privacy and ending the relationship
You retain your content rights and grant only the operational license in the Terms. Promotional use beyond displaying your approved listing requires the agreed permission. Do not retain or reuse customer private content unnecessarily. Neither optional recording nor model training is authorized by this agreement alone.
You may stop offering new bookings and request account closure. Honor or arrange fair resolution of existing commitments. PPLONLY may restrict listings or accounts under the enforcement process, with urgent protection where necessary and a human appeal route. Outstanding financial adjustments, confidentiality obligations and legally required records may survive termination.
