PUBLIC REVIEW DRAFT · VERSION 0.2

Community standards for professional conversations

Updated 20 September 2026

DRAFT — proposed rules for all customers, creators and staff. Applies to profiles, messages, live sessions, reviews and conduct connected with the service.

The standard

Be respectful, honest and professional. Ask questions in good faith, let the other person finish, respect boundaries and accept a refusal. A paid booking gives you the advertised conversation, not control over another person. “Professional” does not require a particular accent, cultural style, political view, level of formality or agreement. Passionate discussion and constructive criticism are allowed.

Conduct we prohibit

  • Threats, credible intimidation, stalking, coercion, blackmail, incitement to violence or attempts to obtain someone's location for harm.
  • Targeted harassment, repeated unwanted contact, humiliation, discriminatory abuse, dehumanization or attacks based on protected characteristics.
  • Sexual harassment, non-consensual sexual comments or exposure, sexual services, sexual exploitation, or any sexualization/exploitation of minors. This is not an adult-content marketplace.
  • Doxxing, publishing private information, soliciting passwords/payment credentials or sharing another person's confidential material without authority.
  • Impersonation, deceptive credentials, scams, payment fraud, fabricated reviews and undisclosed substitutes in paid sessions.
  • Secret recording, streaming, transcription, use of a meeting bot, or sharing private session content without the required permissions, subject to non-waivable legal rights.
  • Instructions or solicitation to commit harmful illegal acts, exploit another person, circumvent safety controls or retaliate against a reporter.
  • Spam, coercive sales tactics, pressuring someone into unrelated purchases, or unwanted attempts to move contact off-platform.

Context matters

A person quoting abuse to report it is not automatically abusing someone. Educational discussion, fiction, consensual non-targeted humor, reclaimed language and discussion of difficult experiences require context. Profanity alone is not a ban reason. A distressed person asking for support should not be treated as an offender solely for mentioning self-harm. Repeated boundary violations after a clear request to stop are more serious than a misunderstanding corrected promptly.

Before and during the call

Read the session description, arrive on time, ask before introducing sensitive subjects and keep background people out of view. Decline questions you are not comfortable answering. Creators should set scope early: “We have 20 minutes for your questions about music production. Let's keep personal information private.” If a boundary is crossed: “Please stop that comment. We can continue respectfully, or end here.” Nobody is required to warn an aggressor before leaving a threatening situation.

Action and fairness

Depending on severity and evidence, responses may include a reminder, warning, content removal, temporary restrictions, ending a session or account suspension. Serious exploitation or credible threats can justify immediate protective action. A permanent account sanction should receive meaningful human review. A refund dispute is assessed separately; an unproven report is not grounds for financial punishment. We may limit disclosures to protect another person's privacy or an investigation.

Use To be confirmed: safety contact or the implemented report control to report conduct. Appeal an action through the Reporting and Appeals Policy. Honest mistakes in a report are not abuse; knowingly fabricated evidence, malicious mass-reporting and retaliation are prohibited. No creator status, revenue level or subscription purchases exempt a person from these rules.
