PUBLIC REVIEW DRAFT · VERSION 0.2

Accessibility and support

Updated 20 September 2026

DRAFT — publish only tested commitments. Contact To be confirmed: accessibility contact or cayla@pplonly.com.

PPLONLY aims to make discovery, booking and conversations usable by people with different abilities and devices. Our design targets include readable text, labeled controls, keyboard access, screen-reader support, large text, adequate touch targets and reduced-motion preferences. These are design objectives, not a certification of full accessibility.

If a feature is difficult to use, tell us which screen, device and assistive technology are involved and what outcome you need. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis. We will work with you on an appropriate alternative and track the issue. Do not send sensitive medical information merely to request help.

Live captions, interpretation and other communication accommodations are not verified features in the current app. Confirm availability before booking when they are necessary. Do not promise automatic captions or require people to accept unrelated AI monitoring as the only way to seek an accommodation. Where a booking cannot be made accessible as represented, apply an appropriate remedy under the Booking and Refund Policy and applicable law.

Support hours: To be confirmed: support hours and targets. Provide booking IDs rather than payment-card details. We will distinguish receipt of a request from actual resolution. Emergency concerns should go to local emergency services. Maintain a published known-limitations and improvement log at To be confirmed: accessibility status url after the first device audit.
