A little clarity.

PPLONLY is a platform for scheduled, one-to-one video conversations with creators and experts. Browse profiles, choose an offered session and review the details before requesting a booking. Editorial previews and demos are labeled; they do not imply the person has joined or is available to book.

PPLONLY’s initial service is for US residents aged 18 and over. Sign in to manage your bookings. A profile needs published availability and completed payment setup before a paid booking can proceed.

Each bookable profile shows its own session lengths and prices. The booking review shows your selected time, timezone, duration and total before you authorize payment. Prices vary by creator.

Creators can require approval. For those bookings, you authorize the displayed amount before the request is sent; approval captures the payment. The creator normally has up to 24 hours, ending earlier before the call or when the authorization expires. A pending request or bank hold is not a confirmed call. Check My calls for the current status.

The payment authorization is released rather than captured. Your bank may take several days to remove a pending hold. If you see an unexpected charge or an unclear status, contact cayla@pplonly.com before making another booking.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled call for a full refund. Later customer cancellations are reviewed individually. Creator cancellations receive a full refund. The checkout shows the rule that applies to your booking; the policy center identifies any documents that are still drafts.

Calls are intended for the booked participants. Platform recording and live audio AI moderation are not active. Participants can report problems and block messages. AI text screening is available only when explicitly configured and enabled; do not assume every message or call is monitored.

Creators connect their payout account through Stripe. Eligible earnings become available to request withdrawal 14 days after verified call completion, subject to refunds, disputes and account checks. Bank arrival is a separate provider step. Platform commission is set by the administrator and shown in the applicable earnings details.

Use Become a creator to share your experience, public work, relevant links and proposed conversation topics. Applications are reviewed before approval. Receiving a profile preview is not approval or a public booking commitment.
